How to delete Health data from your iPhone

There are a few different ways to delete your Health data from your iPhone. You can do it through the Health app, or you can go into the Settings app and delete it from there.

If you want to delete Health data from the Health app, open the app and tap on the profile icon in the top right corner. Then, scroll down and tap on “Delete Health Data.” You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to delete your data, so tap on “Delete” to confirm.

On the Browse screen, tap on “All Data.” This will show you a list of all of your health data; tap on the data point that you want to delete and then tap on “Edit.” On the Edit screen, scroll down and tap on “Delete Data Point.” You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to delete the data point; tap on “Delete” to confirm. The selected health data point will be deleted from your iPhone.

If you’re no longer using the Health app, or you don’t want to share your Health data with apps and devices, you can delete all of your Health data from your iPhone.

Before you delete your Health data, you can back it up to iCloud. Once you delete your data, it can’t be recovered.

2. Tap your profile picture or initials, then tap Manage Data & Privacy.
3. Tap Turn All Categories Off, then tap Turn Off & Delete for each category that you want to delete.
