How to view data in Apple Health?
In order to view your Noom data in Apple Health, follow these steps:
1) Open the Noom app and go to the More tab
2) Scroll down and tap on the Apple Health icon
3) Tap on the switch next to “Allow Noom to Write Data to Health”
4) A list of data types will appear – select the ones you want to sync with Apple Health
5) Once you’ve selected the desired data types, tap on “Done” in the top right corner
6) Your Noom data will now appear in the Health app!
How to use the data in Apple Health?
Assuming you’ve given Noom access to the data in Apple Health, you can start using it to help provide more accurate calorie counts and better gauge your activity levels. Here’s how:
To see how many calories you’ve burned in a day, go to the Me tab and select “Burned.” Here, you’ll see a breakdown of the calories you’ve burned from exercise, walking, and daily activities.
To see how much water you’ve drunk in a day, go to the Me tab and select “Water.” Here, you’ll see a list of all the water you’ve logged in Noom, as well as any water logged in Apple Health.
To see how much food you’ve eaten in a day, go to the Me tab and select “Food.” Here, you’ll see all the food you’ve logged in Noom, as well as any food logged in Apple Health.
Tips for using Noom with Apple Health
There are a few things to keep in mind when connecting Noom with Apple Health:
1. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Noom app installed on your device.
2. Open the Noom app and sign in.
3. Tap the “More” tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap “Settings.”
4. Tap “Integrations,” then select “Apple Health.”
5. Turn on the “Enable Apple Health Integration” switch, then tap “Done.”
6. Open the Apple Health app and make sure that Noom is listed under the “Sources” section.
7. That’s it! Your Noom data will now be automatically synced with Apple Health.
Noom is not currently compatible with Apple Health, but there are a few ways to work around this. You can use a third-party app to track your food and activity data, or you can manually enter your data into the Noom app.
If you want to track your progress over time, we recommend using a third-party app like MyFitnessPal or Fitbit. These apps will sync with Apple Health and Noom, so you can see all of your data in one place.
If you prefer to manually enter your data, you can do so in the Noom app. To do this, tap the “Add Data” button on the homepage and select the “Food” or “Activity” tab. From there, you can enter your data for the day.
